wRITE to Heal Series

You have the right to heal.
You already know the story that you should be telling that will break the chains of your past and bring healing to your present. This healing creates a ripple effect out towards your future, as well as to those around you.
You will be a part of a safe, intimate group of individuals who are on the same journey of healing and self-discovery as yourself. Through this series, you will be able to build a community of like-minded people who will support and uplift you through this process.

This series runs for 9 weeks, having virtual meetings each Thursday for approximately 60-75 minutes. Each session will include a specific energy topic for that day, as well as dedicated writing time on that topic.
These subjects are designed to provoke questions within yourself to bring healing to the surface and go forward with a sense of restoration and harmony.

You will have access to an exclusive wRITE to Heal Facebook group where you can stay in touch throughout the week if you need ideas, support, or want to share what’s on your mind!
During the first 3 weeks we will dive into the PAST, discovering what needs to be healed and soothed within yourself.
The second 3 weeks we will focus on the PRESENT and what we are currently doing to heal our wounds.
The third 3 weeks we will conclude with moving into the FUTURE by using our trials as fuel for a better year ahead.
